Benefits connectors for Human Capital Systems

The increasing complexity of benefits packages leads to greater confusion for employees and more work for HR professionals. Benefits connectors allow to map and manage data flow between your HR systems and benefit providers. Business small or large scale need to offer benefits for their workforce. Depending on the size of the operation, most enterprises work with one or multiple providers to support their requirements.


As benefits can be daunting task at times, so employees have too much information to sift through to make their elections. Information that HR systems receives from benefit providers or sends to benefits providers is dependent on the benefit elections made by the employee.  Some of the benefits providers and the data transmitted to the providers from your HR system using a default connector for that provider.

Based on employee elections, contribution amounts are calculated and sent to providers and flexible spending account plans can be estimated or actual amounts, depending on the payroll provider. Actual contribution amounts will be supplied by your payroll provider to the benefits provider
